Returns and Exchanges
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
1. Exchange policy offers the customer the option to exchange items purchased for any reason within the specified exchange period (7 days from the date of delivery).
2. Returned items must not have been washed, worn, altered or damaged.
3. Returns or exchanges are only applicable to products manufactured by Indikosh Clothing and purchased on www.indikoshclothing.com through direct site access or other social media platforms of Indikosh Clothing.
4. The return will be processed within a maximum of 14 days upon receipt at our warehouse, following a thorough Quality Check.
5. The customer is responsible for properly packaging, labeling, and shipping the product back to us. Please retain the proof of postage as a safeguard for the shipment and share it with us whenever the order is couriered back to us.
6. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when received. It must also be in the original packaging, along with the price tags or any other tags.
7. To complete the return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. The customer can also quote the order number for the online order.
PROCESS:
1. If a refund or exchange is needed, please send an email to indikoshclothing@gmail.com, outlining the reason for the same.
2. Based on our response, the customer will have to courier the item to our Pune Workshop address, as we do not offer pickup services. Please retain the proof of postage as a safeguard for the shipment and share it with us whenever the order is sent back to us.
3. If the product meets the above eligibility criteria, we will connect with the customer. Once we receive the product and inspect it, if it meets our satisfaction, we will process the refund or exchange.
REFUND:
1. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will send an email to notify the customer that we have received the returned item. We will also notify them of the approval or rejection of the refund.
2. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The refund will be processed after deducting the cost of shipping (see shipping policy).
3. If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Typically, it takes up to 4-5 days for the refund to be applied to the customer's card or bank account.
Note: Gift vouchers, gift cards, or discounted items cannot be redeemed for cash.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
1. If a refund has not been received yet, first, the customer should check their card or bank account again.
2. Then, they should contact their credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is officially reflected in the account.
3. Next, they should contact their bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is reflected in the account.
If all of these steps have been taken and the refund has not been received, please contact us at indikoshclothing@gmail.com.
EXCHANGE (IF APPLICABLE):
1. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will send an email to notify the customer that we have received the returned item. We will also notify them of the approval or rejection of the exchange.
2. If the exchange is approved, the new item will be processed and shipped to the customer. We will notify the customer of the shipment with a tracking number.
SHIPPING BY CUSTOMER:
1. The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. We will ship the exchanged product back to the customer at no cost.
3. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
